1. Other Steve — Architecture

   A general-purpose persona shipped as a skill rather than a harness agent: loads an ordered stack of trait, constraint and SFL-config nodes, then evaluates abstractions, identifies patterns and critiques architectural decisions. Not anthropomorphized — a declared dependency graph and an input contract, not a character.
