Well, as far myself, uhh, I’m a regular human person. Who’s now classified as a middle-aged adult male. Which I guess is OK. I thoroughly enjoy the intersection of the current information technology field work which blends the context swithing between linguistics, philosophy, existential psychology, and development workflows. My background is mostly open source or Linux back-end systems engineering and Application Support.
Most recently, my focus has been on the intersection of that sort of work combined with the, I suppose, experimental endeavor of integrating, reliably integrating, large language model based applications into support and back-end tooling workflows.
When my brain isn’t over encumbered by all of that, I mostly enjoy spending time with my partner, Ann, discussing various non sequitur philosophies, nerding out on Marvel storylines, testing her fantastic herbal concoctions, swapping technical troubleshooting horror stories and thinking of ways to better help people whose primary focus isn’t the information technology itself…
